General terms and conditions of business

Orders

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs via our online shop.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which cannot be attributed primarily to his commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of his commercial or independent professional activity.

The following applies to entrepreneurs: If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or additional general terms and conditions, their validity will be disputed; they will only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

Purchase contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Wolf Holding BV/Wolf Trading BV.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can first place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your details at any time before placing your binding order, using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

The available language for concluding the contract is Dutch.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

Terms of delivery
We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the product yourself.

Shipping/Delivery Conditions

Our delivery times

All items offered are ready for immediate shipment unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Shipping throughout the Netherlands and Belgium with parcel service DPD within 1-3 working days.

Please note that delivery times outside the Netherlands and Belgium will be extended by approximately 1-3 working days.

We currently deliver on request to France, Italy, and other EU countries.

Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our store:

• Credit card
• Payment by invoice (within 14 days)

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment. The following also applies to entrepreneurs: We reserve the ownership of the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been paid in full. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; you assign all claims from this resale to us in advance - regardless of whether the reserved goods are combined or mixed with a new item - in the amount of the invoice amount, and we accept this assignment.You remain entitled to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations.

Transport damage
For consumers the following applies: If goods are received with obvious transport damage (add photos for proof). The customer can get a new article from us.

Returns
Private individuals and companies have a cancellation period of fourteen days.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return or cancel the product within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wolf Holding BV, Veegtesstraat 41, 5916PG in VENLO, info@wolfholding.nl, telephone: 06 48 39 00 56) by means of a clear statement (for example by e-mail) about your decision to return the products.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel the product, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
